BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. tomato catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Texas Pete as desired
Black pepper as desired

Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes. This is enough for 2 chickens. Also good on pork and hamburger. When grilling use low heat for gas or electric grills. Cook for 1 hour, baste with sauce while cooking.
