SPAGHETTI SAUCE "THE REAL THING" 
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 carrot, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. mixed Italian spices

Heat oil, saute onion and garlic salt until light brown. Add beef, cook until brown. Drain if needed. Add tomatoes, paste, sauce, carrots and all spices. Cook 2 hours or until desired thickness. Serve over pasta or rice.
