6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
3 1/2 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add rest of ingredients to soft dough. Roll like pencil, cross over and bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Don't bake too much; they will be too hard it you do. Ice and put sprinkles on top.
