MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Brown beef and onion. Add tomatoes, sauce, chilies, seasoning mix. Simmer 15 minutes. Place 1/4 cup mixture in a 9x13 pan. Next add a layer of tortillas, ad more mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers - tortillas, meat, cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce.
