MEXICAN LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean) 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies 15 oz. Ricotta cheese 2 eggs 9 corn tortillas 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese Brown beef, drain fat off. Add the next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Combine 1/2 meat mixture, layer with 1/2 of the tortillas, and 1/2 Ricotta mixture. Top with 1/2 of the grated Jack cheese. Repeat ending with Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving. Bless it and enjoy! |
