PASTA PRIMAVERA 
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med. zucchini, sliced 1/4" thick
1 med. yellow squash, cut in strips
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Parmesan

Hot cooked pasta.

1. Combine broccoli, garlic and oil in 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly, microwave high power 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes.

2. Stir in mushrooms and next 6 ingredients. Cover and microwave high 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

3. Stir in cream and Parmesan just until mixed. Microwave uncovered on high 3- 4 minutes or until heated.

4. To serve toss with pasta.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
