BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until thick and lemon colored. Add butter in a slow, steady stream; continue to blend until thick. Serve over vegetables, seafood or chicken. Yield: about 2/3 cup.
