LEMON RED-HOT JELLO 
2 box lemon Jello
2/3 c. red hot
1 c. cold water
1 c. applesauce
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, dissolve candy in water and Jello. Add 1 cup cold water and applesauce. Pour half of mixture into bowl or mold and put in refrigerator. Keep other half at room temperature.

When set, spread with cream cheese mixed with mayonnaise and milk. Carefully pour remaining Jello mixture on top and return to refrigerator to set.
