BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
12 slices loaf bread 9-13 slices cheese 3 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. sausage 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. dried mustard Trim edges from bread. Place 1 layer in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover bread with layer of cheese slices. Brown sausage. Crumble 1/2 sausage over cheese. Beat 6 eggs; add milk, mustard, and salt. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10-15 minutes. |
