CHICKEN CHOP SUEY 
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 chicken cooked and cut up
2 c. chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
