SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 chicken breasts 1 pkg. Suzi Wan vegetable and rice (cook) 1 c. rice, cooked 1 can chop suey vegetables 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 sm jar pimentos 1 can chunk pineapple (save juice) 1 can chicken broth 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce Brown chicken in butter. Season with Mrs. Dash. Saute in 1/2 of broth, cool. Cut in bite size chunks. Mix broth, juice and sweet and sour sauce. Add to rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
