AVOCADO/SHRIMP SALAD 
2 avocados, halved and pitted
2 sm. cans or sm. frozen pkgs. shrimp
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Clean avocado shells and reserve. Blend avocado, shrimp, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stuff mixture in shells and refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce as salad or appetizer.
