NO CRUST GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 oz. German sweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream

In saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; cool. In small bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Beat until blended. Don't overbeat. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
