6 med. potatoes
1/2 head lettuce
6 hard boiled eggs
1 can diced beets, drained
1 can peas and carrots, drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
Mayonnaise

Boil potatoes in jacket, peel and dice shredd lettuce, dice eggs. Mix with rest of ingredients. Serve cold.
