FRESH APPLE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
3 c. sliced fresh apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in nuts and apples. Sprinkle top of cake with butterscotch morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
