RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter, when cool mix in flour and sugar. Then line a 9"x13" pan with mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

CUSTARD:

6 egg yolks
1 c. half and half or diluted Pet milk
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
Little salt

Pour this mixture over 6 cups rhubarb on baked crust, bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. MERINGUE TOP: Beat 6 egg whites, a little cream of tartar and sugar; put on top and brown.
