1 box white cake mix
3 c. rhubarb, chopped
1-1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix cake mix as directed. Place in a 9x13 cake pan (greased). Do not bake. Dice rhubarb; sprinkle over cake mix, then sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over all (not whipped). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
