IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 potatoes, cooked & mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chives
2 tsp. salt
Garlic powder

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients and spoon into lightly buttered casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated American cheese and reheat until cheese melts.
