MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 potatoes, mashed or instant potatoes (for 12 to 14)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Parsley flakes to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Place in large casserole and spread with butter. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered. Prepare mixture several hours before cooking so flavor can mix well.
