APPLE CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
Apples
Nutmeg
White sugar

Mix flour, butter, and brown sugar as you would for pie crust. Mix until crumbly. Butter a casserole dish. Slice apples into dish. Combine white sugar and nutmeg and sprinkle over apples. Spread flour mixture over the top and bake until the apples are cooked and the top is well browned. Serve with whipped cream.
