ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 1/2 c. water
2 finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 sliced stuffed green olives
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package, using 2 1/2 cups water. Add onions, peppers, and olives. Add artichoke hearts, reserving the marinade. To the marinade, add curry and mayonnaise. Mix well and add to rice mixture. Chill and serve. 4 to 6 servings.
