3 c. flour 2/3 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. anise flavoring 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. oil Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Mix well and add eggs, oil, and flavoring. Make small balls about the size of walnuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until light brown underneath. TOPPING: Confectioners sugar and water. Colored sprinkles. Frost cookies with glaze while still warm. Put cookies in cupcake paper and put sprinkles on. Then put each cookie in mini-cupcake paper so they look like bon-bon cookies. |
