HOLIDAY ITALIAN COOKIES 
6 c. flour
6 eggs
6 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. anise
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond

Mix dry ingredients together in a very large bowl (flour, baking powder and sugar). Add eggs (mix first) and oil. Stir well. Add cream cheese. Mix very well. Add anise, vanilla and almond. Roll into balls. Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased baking pan, 7-10 minutes. Ice when cool with confectioners' sugar and milk icing, and colored sprinkles. Makes 9 dozen cookies.
