CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. butter Crisco
1 c. unsifted all - purpose flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Cut wings at each point. Discard tips. Melt Crisco in lined pan. Combine flour, onion salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, few at a time, shake well. Place pieces in pan.

Bake 25 minutes, turn and bake 20 - 25 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve with barbecue sauce.
