1 chocolate cake mix
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
3 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
3 Heath bars crushed (more if desired)

Bake cake according to directions. After baking remove from pan and let set overnight. Cut cake into 1 inch squares. Mix pudding with milk. Using a large bowl or punch bowl, layer cake, pudding, Cool Whip and Heath bars. Do the layering 3 times. Refrigerate. 15-20 servings.
