ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
4 slices dry bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. crushed oregano or basil
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil

Soak bread in water 2 or 3 minutes, then squeeze out. Combine bread with remaining ingredients except oil; mix.

Form into small balls; brown slowly in hot oil. Add to spaghetti sauce. Cook 30 minutes.
