ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. In hot oil saute meatballs until they are browned all over, remove them as they brown. Add to sauce and simmer 1 hour.
