PARADISE PUMPKIN PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Combine ingredients, mixing well until blended. Spread in bottom of pie shell.

SECOND MIXTURE:

1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Maple syrup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
Nuts

Combine ingredients and pour cream cheese mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves.
