BAKED BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Cook broccoli, uncovered in small amount of water until barely tender. Drain and put into buttered 1 1/2-2 quart casserole. Beat eggs, add milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and pour over broccoli. Set casserole in pan filled with 1 inch hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
