BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean example)
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk

Grease baking pan. Put croutons in bottom. Fry sausage and drain off grease. Beat eggs, mustard and milk together. Stir in cheese, and fried sausage. Pour over croutons. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Use 9 x 13 inch pan.
