PARTY PUNCH 
1 qt. apple juice
2 liters ginger ale
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 gallon rainbow sherbet

Mix apple juice and concentrates in large punch bowl. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Spoon sherbet into bowl. Makes 28 (1/2 cup) servings.
