1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on jelly roll pan. Bake 400 degrees 10 minutes.

Can be used in spaghetti sauce or in sweet and sour sauce for an appetizer.
