PINEAPPLE-STRAWBERRY PUNCH 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 qts. water
1 lg. can pineapple juice
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
1 lg. bottle ginger ale

Bring to rapid boil Jello, sugar and water. Remove from heat and cool. This may be done day before. Keep in refrigerator. At serving time add cold ginger ale, pineapple juice and sherbet. Makes 2 1/2 gallons, serves 30 to 35.
