MICROWAVE - RAINBOW PRETZELS 
1/2 lb. white chocolate
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
Food coloring
50 miniature pretzel twist

Place white chocolate, corn syrup, butter, and 1 tablespoon water in 1 quart glass casserole; cover. Microwave on medium for 4 to 5 minutes or until melted. stir until smooth. Divide mixture. Tint each with desired food coloring. Dip pretzels in mixture, removing excess. Place on waxed paper to dry. Excellent to serve at showers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
