BEACON HILL COOKIES 
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Beat egg whites with dash of salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate and chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and remove immediately.
