GREEK GREEN BEANS WITH TOMATOES 
1 (50 oz.) can green beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1 (1 lb.) can diced tomatoes (or whole tomatoes, cut)
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until yellow. Add tomatoes and cook slowly for 1/2 hour. Add beans, salt and pepper. Bring to boil then simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
