GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sweetener
garlic salt
basil, fresh chopped
salt and pepper
2 c halved grape tomatoes

Wash beans, trim ends, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Put in boiling water, boil about 4-5 minutes, just until crunchy. Drain, drop in ice water. Drain after cooled.

Heat a sauté pan and add olive oil. Stir in basil and sweetener, salt and pepper. Add beans, heat gently. Add tomatoes, heat and stir until tender.
