PEPPER AND ONION SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
1/3 c. ketchup
1 med. green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 med. onion, sliced or chopped
3 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Tabasco or hot sauce to taste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute shrimp, onion, and green pepper in 3 tablespoons of butter until onion is clear and shrimp are pink. Add enough water (1 cup or enough to cover completely). Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Add remaining seasonings. Thicken with flour dissolved in water. Simmer 5 more minutes with cover on. Serve over rice.
