CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. chickens, cut in pieces
2 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mixed with 2 1/2 c. water

Place rice in bottom of large shallow pan. Put chicken on top of rice. Pour onion soup and water over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Remove foil and bake 1 hour longer, uncovered.
