CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 fryer, cut up
1-2 c. rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Place chicken in casserole. Mix rice, soups, water, onion, celery and pepper. Pour rice mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. Remove foil for last few minutes of baking.
