CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
12 pieces of chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 tsp. celery salt 1 can chicken broth 2 c. uncooked rice 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 c. milk Spread rice, pepper, onion and celery salt in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour 3/4 of it over rice, place chicken on top, pour remaining mixture over and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Remove foil and baste with butter and bit of milk until browned. |
