DIJON CHICKEN 'N RICE 
6 chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. curry
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Marinade 6 hours or overnight. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and brown for 15 minutes. Serve over rice pilaf.
