CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 lg. chicken breast cutlets, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp. butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated Cheddar
Bread crumbs
Sliced mushrooms

Saute chicken in butter for 5-10 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese, mushrooms and bread crumbs in a big casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top and then spread mushrooms and crumbs. Cover and refrigerate overnight (to 2 days). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil, cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
