ARTICHOKE-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts in water 1 med. onion, finely chopped 5 cloves garlic, pressed 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 c. Parmesan Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions in olive oil; add garlic. Drain beans and artichokes; chop together. Add beans and artichokes to onions and garlic. Mix and cook about 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake in covered casserole dish for approximately 20-25 minutes. |
