MARINATED POTATO SALAD 
4 med. size potatoes
1 bunch green onions (chopped) or sm. onion (chopped)
4 tbsp. parsley
1 c. Italian dressing (more may be needed after overnight marinating)

Boil potatoes in their jackets until done. Peel and dice into small and medium size chunks. Add onion, parsley and salad dressing. Place in covered container. Refrigerate overnight.
