MARINATED POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes, cooked, drained, cooled, sliced or diced
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Add to potatoes; let set overnight in refrigerator. Add to taste celery, onion, shredded carrots, parsley, and hard boiled eggs. Now add, mayonnaise and dill pickle juice to taste.
