PEPPER EGGS 
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix the above ingredients together and lay over green chili peppers.

2 cans green chili peppers, remove seeds

Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve while hot.
