SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (or Pepperidge Farm) 2 chopped onions 1 c. water Mix and roll in balls (size of walnuts). Brown in butter. Add sauce and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Works good in an electric frying pan. SAUCE: 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce with mushroom (env.) 1 sm. can tomato sauce Mix according to directions. Add: 1 tsp. vinegar 1/4 c. tomato catsup 1/4 tsp. A-1 sauce Few drops Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar |
