NACHOS FOR DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. taco sauce
4 c. tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream, optional
Chopped tomatoes, optional
Sliced ripe olives, optional

In small skillet brown ground beef. Drain fat and stir in taco sauce. On a pizza pan layer all the chips, meat mixture and cheese. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with tomatoes, sour cream, olives.
