DEER ROAST 
1 qt. water
1 pt. vinegar
2 chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. thyme

Bring to boil, set a hour, soak roast in mixture 24 hours. Drain mixture off meat. Put meat in baking pan, cover completely with fat back. Pour Wesson oil in pan and baste every 30 minutes for 3 hours.
